Continuous Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastics

On our extrusion line we can create a compound filament consisting of a continuous fiber reinfocement and a thermoplastic coating or matrix.

With our CFFP-Process (Collision Free Fiber Placement) we can manufacture those continuous fibers additivley.

The strategic selection of material combinations not only unlocks new possibilities but also introduces unique properties, catering to a diverse range of applications.
